Dede是一位經驗豐富的心理諮商師，她走過了十多年的自我發現之旅。她擁有諮商與輔導碩士學位，佛學碩士學位，及工商管理碩士學位，這使她在心理諮商方面的技能更加熟練。 Dede還獲得了各種技能證書及認證，使她成為一位具備資格及有經驗的全面身心靈心理諮商師。

Dede在心理諮商主要以【以人為本療法】為主，以個案為中心，運用「一致性」（Congruence）、「真誠」（Genuineness）、「無條件積極關注」（Unconditional Positive Regard）和「同理心/移情理解」（Empathic Understanding）的原則進行諮商輔導，關注個案及其正面的個人成長和發展。

She holds a Master's degree in Guidance and Counseling, Master's degree in Buddhist Studies and Master's degree in Buisness Administration, which helped her hone her skills in spiritual counseling. In addition, Dede has also obtained certificates and credentials in various skills and techniques, making her a highly qualified and experienced holistic counselor.

Dede mainly uses Person-centered Therapy approach in counselling, applying the principles of "congruence", "genuineness", "unconditional positive regard" and "empathy/empathic understanding" and focusing on clients and their positive personal growth and development.
